    Product Usage

     

    VIVID Multi Fount is a fountaion solution additive for sheet fed offset suitable for both UV and conventional printing .Also suitable for slow running heat set and cold set web presses.

     

    Characteristics

     

    • Special alcohol reduction additives to reduce the IPA down to 4-8%


    • Reduced calcium deposits on ink rollers, No glazing and ink stripping


    • Reduction of water helps in faster drying of higher density of ink


    • Very stable ink and water balance for consistant printing process


    • Fast start up of the plate minimizes waste.


    • Reduces piling on blankets less wash down time


    • Suitable for UV printing.

     

    Application

     

    Add 2-3% depending on the water hardness for to reach a pH level of 4.5–5.5
    Fountain system must be cleaned with VIVID System Cleaner before changing fount.
