    Fountain Solution Concentrate for Sheetfed Offset Presses-gentle formulation for sensitive plates

     

    Characteristics

     

    • Special surfactants allow to run with less water and quicker ink drying.


    • Also recommended for use with all types of CTP Plates.


    • Provides faster start-up of the plates, less paper waste.


    • Prevents calcium build-up on the rollers, no ink stripping on rollers.


    • Special additives allow to reduce IPA, less environmental pollution and cost savings.


    • Effective additives keep the water circulation system clean for long time.


    • Contains anti-corrosive additives.

     

    Application

     

    Add 2-3% depending on the water hardness to reach a pH level of 4.5-5.5.
    Fountain system must be cleaned with VIVID System Cleaner before changing fount.
