    Fountain Solution Adittive for Web and Sheetfed Presses  

     

    Characteristics

     

    • Best performance in Fountain Solutions


    • Used as a dampening additive in alcohol dampening unit and reduces surface tension.


    • It Increases transportation of fountain solution to inking plate and inking unit.


    • Increases viscosity of fountain solution.


    • Wets plate faster.


    • Less ink build-up on dampening rollers.


    • Cooling effect in the press / chiller unit because of evaporation.

     

    Application

     

    Add 1 to 12% alcohol to the ready to use Fountain Solution depending on the press condition.
