Universal Fountain Solution Concentrate for Sheetfed Offset Presses
Characteristics
• Universal Fount for all application and sized presses, for all dampening systems.
• Very stable ink and water balance safe working.
• Fast start up of the plate minimizes waste.
• Prevents calcium deposits on ink rollers.
• Addition of Isopropylalkohol (IPA) can be reduced down to 6-9%.
• Effective additives prevent bacteria and fungus growth.
Application
Add 2-3% depending on the water hardness to reach a pH level of 4.5-5.5
Fountain system must be cleaned with VIVID System Cleaner before changing fount.
