    Product Usage

     

     VIVID Roller Rejuvenators to be used for intensive cleaning of inking in dampening rollers

    .

     

     

    Charateristics

     

    • Deep cleaning and rejuvenation of all rubber rollers


    • Brings rollers surface to its original ability of better ink transfer


    • Retains hardness of rubber rollers


    • Prolongs roller life


    • Dissolves and removes dried ink, glaze and water soluble residues (paper, dust, etc.) thoroughly


     

    Application

     

    Apply VIVID Roller Rejuvenators on roller’s surface with a thick layer and let it penetrate the roller’s surface for minimum 12 hours. Remove the former and then clean the rollers with VIVID wash and warm water.


    It is recommended once a year for inking rollers or as required depending on the condition of the rollers and once in six month for dampening rollers.

     

    The process is to be done offline.
