    Product Usage

     

    Fountain Solution Concentrate for Heat set Offset Presses-for printing without alcohol (IPA).

     

    Characteristics

     

    • Elimination of Isopropylalcohol (IPA) possible.


    • The reduction of water transfer results in faster drying and higher density of the ink.


    • Reduces piling on blankets reduces the press down time for wash ups.


    • Fast start up of the plate helps in reducing waste.


    • Prevents calcium deposits on ink rollers, No glaze and ink roller stripping.


    • Contains Corrosion Inhibiting Additives.

     

    Application

     

    Add 2-3% depending on the water hardness to reach a pH level of 4.5-5.5

    Fountain system must be cleaned with VIVID System Cleaner before changing fount.
